As I walked out of the grocery store a miracle was waiting to help us! I noticed Rheem AC and Heating advertised on the side of a work truck. My husband and I waited for the owner of the truck to appear and that was literally all it took to get excellent service and temps back up to 70 throughout the house! Mr J.R. followed us way out to our farm and did a thorough check on both units. He discovered that both thermostats must have been blown out by a power surge. He replaced them with new ones from his truck and did a little additional service on one of them. When he finished up he apologized for having to charge us his “emergency” fee. We are so happy to pay it to a nice man who had never laid eyes on us but treated us way better than the guy who had installed our units and serviced them for years! J.R. has new customers for life.
